This role involves driving collaboration across multiple workstreams, ensuring governance and compliance, and delivering innovative solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience across Queensland.Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include Lead and manage project tasks including governance, products, artifacts aligning to PRINCE2 governance, internal PMO requirements, Agile delivery methods and adherence to external assurance processes and departmental strategies and frameworks. Regularly engaging with project team members and internal and external stakeholders, to drive a culture of collaboration and ensure alignment of activities support successful delivery of the project across multiple workstreams. Acting independently and managing assigned tasks to ensure high quality outputs are delivered within agreed time frames and in accordance with approved scope. This includes the identification, documentation, and escalation of changes to project scope including the identification of alternate management strategies and risks. Responsibility to deliver on agreed outcomes, model high standards of professionalism and ethical behaviour; demonstrate self-awareness and commitment to personal development. Accountability for processes and outcomes of Queensland Government sourcing activities (including significant ICT procurement) and manage external and internal suppliers to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated ability to lead change by leading with focus and optimism.
