We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and New Zealand and embrace both open protocol and proprietary systems, using multiple industry-leading products from top suppliers.A fantastic opportunity has opened to join ControlWorks NSW as a BMS Project Manager, working on major projects across Data Centres, Healthcare, Commercial and Government sectors.If you are an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a role where you can own your projects, work with a skilled team, and shape high-profile outcomes — this could be the role for you.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager – Operations, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned BMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesManage scope, risks, opportunities and maximise project outcomesPlan and schedule resources and subcontractorsOversee project financials, forecasting and reportingMaintain strong customer and stakeholder relationshipsEnsure all works meet quality and contractual requirementsWhat We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will bring:A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindsetProven experience delivering BMS projects up to $3MRelevant Project Management qualificationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused approachExperience in Data Centre or Healthcare environments (highly desirable)What’s In It For YouJoin a growing organisation where your contribution actually matters.
