A global market leader in enterprise cloud workflows is growing its specialist team in the Middle East and is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant to lead complex CRM and Field Service transformation programmes with some of the world’s largest organisations. If you are a hands-on technical expert who can also operate as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, this could be a great next step.The opportunityIn this role, you will:Act as the primary technical lead on major CRM and Field Service projects, owning solution design and technical deliveryTranslate business requirements into scalable architecture and configurations across Customer Service and Field Service workflowsLead technical onboarding, assess existing platforms and processes, and shape best-practice roadmaps for clientsBuild and configure workflows, integrations and automations using modern web technologies (APIs, REST, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SSO, middleware, etc.)Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, removing roadblocks and driving successful outcomesMentor and coach developers and consultants, raising the overall technical bar across the teamPartner closely with pre-sales to scope complex engagements and shape compelling technical solutionsContribute to thought leadership content such as webinars, whitepapers and community activity on CRM / Field Service best practiceWhat you bring8+ years’ experience in consulting, configuration and implementation of complex enterprise technologiesDeep expertise in Customer Service Management and Field Service Management domains, with a strong grasp of industry-specific workflows, use cases and compliance needsProven experience designing end-to-end technical architectures and integration strategies in large, complex environmentsStrong hands-on skills across web and SaaS technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, web services, APIs, SSO, etc.)Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve workflows, decision-making and operational efficiencyAbility to influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex technical topics and make clear recommendationsRelevant certifications in major enterprise workflow / CRM / field service platforms at implementation or architect level (or the ability to achieve these quickly)Fluency in Arabic and English is essentialWhy joinWork with a true global leader in digital workflows and AI-powered automationLead high-impact transformation programmes with major enterprises in the regionOperate in a senior, visible role with strong influence on both customers and internal product teamsJoin a collaborative, expert team with genuine opportunities for progression towards technical architecture leadershipInterested?If this sounds like you, please apply with a copy of your CV and we will get back to you with feedback and next steps.
