You will thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values innovation, continuous learning, and delivering real outcomes.This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of government, the for-purpose sector, and impact investment, driving initiatives that create lasting social change.In This Role, You Will Support the Director, Outcomes, OSI in delivering priority activities, including payments by outcomes contracting and impact tracking. Design and implement outcomes-focused initiatives aligned with the OSI's strategic objectives and roadmap. Manage diverse tasks such as engaging experts, contract design and management, performance measurement, and structured project delivery. Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, managing complex issues to achieve positive outcomes.What Experience You Will Bring Experience in government policy and analytical skills (e.g., economic/cost-benefit analysis, data analysis, evaluation, or numerical abilities and critical thinking). Strong critical thinking, sound judgement, and ability to deliver results. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) tailored to diverse audiences.
