Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hobart, TAS for a Senior Financial Planner. The Senior Financial Planner will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, developing personalized financial plans, and guiding clients through retirement and personal financial planning strategies. This role requires regular consultation with clients to assess their financial goals, recommending appropriate investment and savings strategies, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported in their decision-making process. Collaboration with a team and adherence to compliance standards are essential. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning, Personal Financial Planning, and Retirement PlanningCertified Financial Planner accreditation or equivalent qualificationStrong background in Finance and related areasExcellent communication, relationship-building, and client engagement skillsProficiency in industry-standard financial tools and softwareAbility to work on-site collaboratively and meet compliance obligationsA bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in Australian financial regulations and practices is highly advantageous
