Are you an expert in Print Configuration Management looking to take the next step in your career?Akkodis is currently seeking a Print Configuration Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients. The assignment is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.Our client operates a global print and output management environment with high demands for reliability, security, and lifecycle management. As a consultant, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Print Configuration Services, ensuring the environment operates seamlessly for business operations worldwide.You will work in an international environment with modern technologies, focusing on security, stability, and tailored customer solutions.Your Role – Print Configuration SpecialistAs a specialist, you will:Manage the backend Print Management Tool and monitor the printing environmentProvide information on installed print queues and configure new onesProvision and manage unmanaged printers in the client portalPerform testing and certification of print configurationsEnsure incident resolution and root cause analysis at Level 2 and 3Prepare technical specifications for the build, testing, and deployment of print solutionsCoordinate with print vendors and manage lifecycle processesProvide guidance on enterprise architecture, performance, and technical feasibilityDevelop and update knowledge articles for newly identified issues and solutionsQualificationsWe are looking for candidates with experience in:Print Configuration Management, Print Firmware & Driver ManagementLRS VPSX Queue, LRS Portal Management, LRS Printer Lifecycle ManagementOutput Management and Label Printing SoftwareWorkspace and special-purpose device consultingWindows Client OS (Windows 11) and hardware catalogsAIX/Unix and Secure Print solutionsPreferred / Advantageous:Experience with Active Directory, remote access tools, and MDM solutionsCoordination with OEM and third-party vendorsPersonal AttributesAmbitious and responsibleStrong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approachExcellent communicator who thrives in client interactionsStructured and experienced in project and operational environmentsWhy This Assignment is ExcitingJoin a global team with high technical expertiseWork with complex print and output solutions at large scaleInfluence and improve critical systems with significant business impactGain experience in lifecycle management, automation, and global MPS environmentsAdditional InformationLocation: Central StockholmEmployment Type: Consulting assignment, 12 months with possible extension.
