On a mission to help small businesses grow, Flowwow provides digital tools, marketing support, and a global platform to help entrepreneurs turn their creativity into success.To continue expanding globally, we are looking for a responsible, communicative, and proactive Junior Print Production Manager to join our Marketing team.This role is a great fit for someone with a small but solid experience who wants to grow in marketing and operations on international markets.You’ll work closely with Flowwow teams and partners across multiple countries, including the UAE, Turkey, the UK, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Serbia, EU (Spain, Poland, France, and the Czech Republic. Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming requests for branded print materials (postcards, stickers, packaging, etc.) from Flowwow sellers and internal teams.Support marketing and creative teams in preparing printed promo materials for special projects (posters, menus, branded packaging, and more).Coordinate printing and delivery processes across multiple regions (EU, UAE, etc.).Communicate with local print vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely and high-quality execution.Prepare and submit payment requests for print production.Collect and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on print production.Create and manage promo codes for print products, tracking their effectiveness.Collaborate closely with the Design, Seller Acquisition and Creative teams to ensure visual consistency and operational efficiency.Optimize workflows and suggest improvements for print logistics and seller experience. Key Skills and Experience:Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills — both within the team and with external partners.Some experience in operations, marketing, or production management (from 6 months to 1+ year).Analytical mindset with confidence in working with reports and Excel/Sheets.Responsible, proactive, and eager to grow in marketing on global markets. Languages: English – Upper Intermediate (B2), Spanish is not required but will be a strong advantage.
