Print Production ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY:The Manager – Print Production supervises client's day-to-day print execution, driving on-time deliverables through project management.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Client's project expectationsAdhere to Client’s process and policies in delivering work task in a timely mannerProvides technical support and advice the needful in minimize costPartnering with artwork studio and printers to drive quality prints and keeping consistency across printsExtend support during design phase through artwork process, review and help to identify potential riskLead conversations with respective stakeholders during color assessment on print workStrong project management skills, tracks project timeline in meeting deadlinesManage color standards storage and support required courier arrangement with logistic companyTaking initiative and be proactive, aggressively in resolving challengesFoster good relationship across stakeholdersRender support onsite, offsite and at printer’s site as requiredAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:English and Japanese fluencyAt least 2 years progressive print production experienceClient facing experience or prior experience in Project/Account management.Familiar with Color ManagementStrong knowledge in various Print methods (ie: Offset, Flexo or Gravure)Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management and planning skills (from conceptualization to completion)Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues across the organization and external clients or vendorsAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence peers and senior managementSelf-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines and reportingOccasional travel is required (Local/ International)High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applicationsSGK is a global packaging and brand experience company.
