Job Description

We are inviting a qualified candidate to join our Trident Thailand team!The Print Production Manager (PPM) is responsible for liaising with the clients and printers, providing internal instruction to modify artwork so that the final print will meet (as close as possible) the original design intent, across multiple packaging types and print processes.Job ResponsibilitiesFollow all Standard Working Practices (SWP)Assess new designs, liaising with the client, printer and tooling supplier to agree artwork changes/separation approach, based on the chosen print process.Provide Artworkers with technical instructions on artwork separation Support and develop Artworkers to apply reprographics/colour separation with minimum PPM inputTrain and support new and junior members of the PPM teamSpecify tooling requirements (where required)Maintain client brand targets and colour standards Maintain printer specification records (in ZEN), and printer qualificationMaintain PPM technical recordsProvide post-print analysis (both measured and visual)Work in conjunction with all other areas of the business to ensure that artwork is generated in the most effective and timely manner possibleRequirements5 years of relevant Print Production experience in the creative or print industryPrinting Systems knowledge across a broad range of package typesPrint and Repro knowledge with an in-depth knowledge of one or more processUnderstanding of colour management / proofing systemsUnderstanding of what is important to the client in the area of quality assurance Effective Communication in written and spoken EnglishDue to geographical requirements, Thai language capability is required in this roleHybrid work arrangement and work onsite at client's office in Bangkok
