We take care of our team, support each other and cultivate a sense of belonging for all.ResponsibilitiesWhen your actions lead to success:Responsible for overseeing & guiding the production of flyers and digital assets from receipt of new a project to successful delivery of quality product.Work directly with the client and internal production teams to provide project management and production support.Provision of aid to co-workers in developing and documenting a common understanding of account-specific client processes and workflowPrepare all documents for internal production team in a timely manner (includes but not limited to new job dockets, proofs with client changes, image updates, etc.).Ensure the client due diligence and the provision of overall excellence in available and required services including account activity, process co-ordination and timely response to inquiry.Provision of departmental backup support for account specific internal customer service needs as required.QualificationsWhen your expertise drives us:Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design communication or related industry (or work experience equivalent)Demonstrated success in dealing with othersIntermediate skills in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsStrong problem solving skills, ability to perform under pressureKnowledge of creative design an assetResults and detail-orientedWhen Benefits Really Help You Live BetterWe offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home.
