What We Expect From You:

• A successful track record in a leadership role or at least 4 years of experience in sales; • Strong team management and leadership skills; • Proficiency in English (C1 level) — both written and spoken — for market and product analysis; • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI), including the ability to prepare summaries and reports; • A university degree in a business-related field (MBA preferred); • A strong drive for growth, with the ability to learn independently and develop both your own and your team’s skills; • Motivation and interest in building a successful management-level career; • Excellent presentation, argumentation, and communication skills; • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and manage both your own and your team’s workload efficiently; • A positive attitude and energy in everyday tasks; • Familiarity with e-commerce or the print-on-demand industry is considered an advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities: • Lead and grow the Sales Department, inspiring the team to achieve high performance; • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy aligned with market opportunities; • Introduce new ideas, approaches, and processes to improve the team’s efficiency and enhance customer experience, including collaboration with B2B key clients; • Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities; • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to achieve results; • Participate in budget planning and ensure effective use of resources.
