Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Strategy and PlanningEnhance internal work processes to deliver better client experienceBusiness Performance and ManagementCollaborate closely with private bankers, product managers and market specialists within Private Banking Singapore to deliver suitable investment portfolio solutions to clientsConstruct investment portfolios with different asset classes based on client's risks appetite and investment suitabilityAssist in investment related queries from clients and internal stakeholdersProvide updates on financial markets and investment ideas/solutions to clients and private bankersShare investment views and product ideas with product managers to develop and deliver suitable product solutionsWork with market specialists to generate investment ideas to help private bankers achieve their investment related KPIsAny other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to timePeople ManagementAssist senior team members in their workRegulatory ComplianceComply with all relevant guidelines and regulationsRequirementsQualificationsDiploma or DegreeProfessional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing RequirementsCMFAS Module 1B and 5 (and other relevant CMFAS Modules, if required)CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2Relevant Work Experience>2 years of relevant work experienceTechnical/Functional SkillsGood investment knowledge on equities, structured products, treasury products, preferably with CFA or postgraduate finance qualificationEffective oral and written communication skills, able to deal effectively with people at all levels (internal and external), in most situationsAble to process diverse investment and market views to offer a concise and consolidated view of events so as to give the appropriate recommendation and guidance to sales staffCompetent in structuring and recommending investment portfolios for clientsMake effective business decisions independently, based on sound financial and business principlesPersonal Skills (Soft Competencies)Effective oral and written communication skillsAble to deal effectively with people at all levels (internal and external), in most situations
