They will assit you to pick up the real estate expertise by providing you exposure initially to existing investments, and once up and running then onto new investments.The preferece is to source a talented individual from corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory.Academic backgrounds from out of indusry is preferred, finance, commerce, law, engineering, etcYou will join a highly functioning business with significant equity to deploy.
