You’ll also need to speak conversational Japanese for business negotiations.In Addition To This, You’ll DemonstrateA sound understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworksExcellent risk awareness and the ability to operate within first-line risk principlesA degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification in finance, economics, or a related field
