Probate Case Manager

To date, we have protected over £21bn of assets. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Probate Case Manager. The Probate Case Manager will be responsible for managing and processing probate cases, communicating with clients and legal professionals, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. The role also involves providing regular updates to clients about their cases, handling complex situations with sensitivity and efficiency, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Qualifications Experience in managing and processing probate casesStrong communication skills for client and legal professional interactionsProficiency in preparing legal documents and ensuring complianceExcellent organizational and record-keeping abilitiesAbility to handle complex situations with sensitivity and efficiencyBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field is preferredKnowledge of estate planning and wealth management is a plus
