The Probate Law Intake Specialist position is ideal for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys building trust through communication.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalismQualifying leads and assessing their needsScheduling consultations and collecting associated feesMaintaining and updating client data accuratelyFollowing up with leads consistently until they signWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to two years of experience in client-facing rolesFamiliarity with estate planning or legal services preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong follow-up and time management skillsStrong verbal communicationCRM proficiencyFamiliarity with lead conversion, consult scheduling, data entry, record maintenance, and payment processingPhone etiquette and customer serviceTrustworthy and reliableNeutral accent and clear speechDetail-oriented and organizedProactive and goal-drivenEmpathetic and client-focusedExcellent communication skillsReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
