Key responsibilities of Problem Management Engineer• Problem Lifecycle Management:Manage the lifecycle of all problems, from identification to resolution, includingtracking and prioritizing them.• Root Cause Analysis (RCA):Perform in-depth analysis to find the underlying cause of incidents to prevent themfrom happening again.• Incident Prevention and Mitigation:Implement preventative measures to stop future incidents and minimize the impact ofthose that cannot be prevented.• Solution and Workaround Development:Develop and document both temporary workarounds and long-term solutions foridentified problems.• Collaboration and Communication:Work with other teams like incident management, technical teams, and vendors toresolve problems and keep stakeholders informed of progress.• Reporting and Metrics:Create reports on problem trends and metrics, and ensure the quality andcompleteness of problem records.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the organizations of Mobiletelecommunication infrastructure.• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and think critically.
