About the RoleAs a Problem Manager, you’ll lead war rooms, drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis), manage escalations, and coordinate with both technology and business teams to resolve problems and prevent recurrences. This is an onsite role based in Manila, operating within a 24x7 support model.Key ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of war rooms and incident resolution.Lead Root Cause Analysis and ensure permanent fixes are implemented.Manage escalation and communication across business and technology teams.Drive stakeholder alignment during problem review and solution deployment.Deliver regular progress and RCA updates to all key stakeholders.Must-Have Qualifications10–15 years of overall experience, including 10+ years in Problem Management within the banking domain.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage war rooms and major incidents independently.Experience working in 24x7 environments and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong RCA and documentation skills.
