Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The Key Purpose of this role is to perform optimization/modification of process control systems.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Interacts daily with the production teams to resolve quality equipment related problemsAssists in the implementation of plant and process improvement projectsStandby duties be available for call out when requiredCarries out specialised maintenance work in on quality equipment calibration and set up work, complex component replacement, etc.Ensures availability of specified critical spares and recommendations on maintenance regimesVerification/validation of quality equipment operationUses SAP, other systems and reports as appropriate to analyse information in order to identify deviations from process capability relating to quality equipmentSigga / SAP maintenance schedules management complianceProblem Terminator compliance (previously known as 5 WHY)Develop and maintain equipment performance report (ERI)Develop and maintain SOPs / SWI’s in AcadiaSupport in management of breakdown of equipmentInstrument set up NPD supportSupplier liaison (SPP)Supports development of training material and coaches operational teams to ensure optimal operation of quality equipmentProvides specialist subject matter expertise and diagnostic skills in problem solvingProvides expert information to assist in compilation of maintenance budgets (including spares stock holding)Continuously improves technical competence in order to ensure that latest thinking on operating and maintaining the quality equipment is appliedEnsure a safe, healthy and risk-free working environmentWork in teams, support VPO initiatives.Key Attributes and Competencies: Concern for attention to detail and accuracyTeam playerGood administration & problem-solving skillsGood technical knowledgeGood self-management practicesMinimum Requirements:Min N6 / National Diploma and Trade Test Qualification in Instrumentation and ControlMinimum of 3 years instrumentation equipment maintenance and PLC experience advantageousGood knowledge of SAP and excelAdditional Information: Band: XABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
