If you want a place where people love coming to work every day, keep reading:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate Process Engineer to join our team.What is the role?Completing conceptual and/or detailed process engineering designs and calculations for greenfield or brownfield projectsConducting design development and process simulations including providing process specifications for equipment and instrumentationCreating, reviewing and revising process deliverables like PFDs, P&IDs, Line Lists, and data sheets as well as supporting Plot Plan and Piping Layout developmentDeveloping design basis documents and reports such as Design Basis and Study Level ReportsReviewing and applying relevant standards, regulations, codes and guidelines applicable for task, identify areas of deviation or concernResponsible for working within and following company work procedures, process technical guidelines, quality assurance plans, safety regulations and specific customer/project procedures.Interfacing and coordination between other discipline engineers and project management staffRequired Qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering is required, with P.Eng. designation registered with APEGA, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design of oil and gas facilities in AlbertaGeneral Qualifications:Preferably have experience in brownfield industrial projectsExperience in oil & gas, oil sands, refinery and industrial projectsA self-starter with strong leadership, technical, interpersonal, teamwork, communication and organizational skillsHigh ethical and professional standardsExperience with application of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and thermodynamicsExperience with Design Basis developmentAbility to specify process equipment and instruments.
