Process Engineer

Position: Process EngineerRole OverviewAs a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving production processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with management and operations teams to optimize methods, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with production goals. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve production processes, ensuring compliance with validated and regulatory limits.Lead initiatives to introduce new production processes and systems.Monitor process performance to achieve expected output and yield.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that minimize downtime and losses.Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to support continuous improvement.Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of process records.Drive process improvements and support issue resolution related to safety, quality, and compliance.Conduct Product Impact Assessments and manage Change Control processes from initiation to completion.Perform Gemba walks to identify opportunities for sustainable improvements in safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.Support Continuous Process Verification (CPV) activities through research and data provision.QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Language proficiency: Dutch (A2) and English (C1).Intermediate MS Office skills, routine data analysis proficiency, and advanced business application knowledge.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complexity and think creatively.Proactive, decisive, and well-organized, capable of working independently and in a team.Stress-resilient, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities effectively.
