To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.About The RoleThe Process Engineer (PE) will work to optimise the operations by implementing and maintaining process controls maximise safety, quality and profitability. You will focus on business improvement, process technologies and delivering improvements in customer quality and efficiencies.With an understanding of the overall process, the PE will identify areas of loss and opportunities and then deliver value to the business. You will also actively identify, participate in process improvements and monitor improvements/solutions in the plant post implementation in support of Operational Excellence program.Scope: This role will support Porirua site and adjoining Supply Chain.What You'll DoMaintain a culture of safety first always, including participating in hazard assessments, wearing appropriate PPE, report all incidents, near misses and cooperate in accident investigations and supporting procedural updates and implementation where required.Develop processes to be trouble free and strive for ensure success every time (zero defects, zero unfavourable variances).Troubleshooting technical issues when production and quality experience exhausted.
