Process Engineering Leader- Rare Earth

A leading company in the chemical sector is seeking a Process Engineering Leader - Rare Earth to support the performance and evolution of its industrial operations. The role focuses on process optimization, development of new process technologies, and improvement of existing production facilities. Working within a central engineering team, you will contribute to major industrial projects with strong safety, quality, and sustainability objectives.As a Process Engineering Leader - Rare Earth, some of your responsibilities will include:Drive process engineering initiatives from early design stages through final technical approval.Developing comprehensive P&ID s.Translate complex operational challenges into robust and efficient process solutions.Define and review critical process equipment and associated technical documentation.Use data-driven analysis to support key engineering and investment decisions.Structure, develop, and transmit process design knowledge across projects.Act as a senior technical advisor, bringing innovative perspectives to industrial challenges.Depending on project scope, take ownership of process leadership and coordinate internal and external engineering resources.
