With 50,000 experts in 30 countries, we deliver innovative and sustainable technological solutions for our customers.🎯 AssignmentsWe are looking for a Test Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of product validation tests for one of our clients in the automotive/hybrid transmission sector.Your main responsibilities include:Converting test requests into concrete test procedures and defining necessary test equipmentTranslating abstract test needs into structured test plansExecuting parts of the extended product design validation plan and ensuring milestones are metConverting mid-to-long-term planning into weekly tasks and solving roadblocks to maintain efficiencyPreparing, coordinating, performing data analysis, and reporting development test resultsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve technical issuesSupporting compliance with quality requirements, including ISO 17025👤 The profileBackground You hold a Master’s degree in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent by experience.Must HaveMinimum 5 years of experience in automotive testing and test facilitiesFamiliarity with Hybrid Powertrains or Automatic TransmissionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on approachAbility to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage technical issuesFluent in English (oral and written)Strong communication and leadership skillsNice to HaveExperience with VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, AVL-CRETA, INCA, MatlabCustomer-focused, flexible, persistent, and goal-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with structured problem-solving methods such as 8DPrevious experience in automotive or high-tech manufacturing environments🌍 Working environment at AkkodisDirect link with a Business Manager for personalised supportTechnical training to develop your skillsCareer prospects in a stimulating environmentA corporate culture focused on safety, quality, and innovation🔎 Our recruitment processStage 1: Initial telephone interview (15 min) with @Kenny, Talent Acquisition.Step 2: Interview (60 min) with a Business Manager.Step 3: Interview (60 min) with the client.
