Role: Process Executive – English Speaker (Contract)Location: KL, Malaysia (Onsite)Experience: 0-2 Years24/7 ProjectPreferred Immediate Joiners or short notice PeriodProject Process Description:The project involves identifying fraudulent users/transactions by analyzing the purchase pattern of the business’ customers to eliminate fraud for one of the Largest Technology giants. As part of the contractual obligations, the client expects the team to follow certain policy guidelines, meet stringent TAT, Productivity and a minimum monthly average quality requirement of 99%.Candidate Qualification:Graduate or Diploma (Preferably in Finance/ Commerce)Core Competencies:Excellent written, reading & spoken communications skills in Required LanguageGood Cognitive, Logical & Analytical skillsUnderstanding of the social space (trends, influencers, engagement, things to be cautious of etc.)Excellent analytical and research skillsQuick learning and understanding of complex processesExperience with Payments Fraud & Risk (or similar programs) Internet SavvyOther Requirements:Willing to work in 24x7 environmentAbility to manage critical situations with minimum supervisionMS Office & strong keyboard skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to perform in adverse situationsDetailed Role & Responsibilities:Ensure to meet daily KPIsAccountable for the success and quality of the processEnsures that the process is followed correctly in Service OperationsAbility to learn to work with customer internal toolsAgent will also be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlinesFlexible to work in assigned shift timings as per process requirements
