Job PurposeSupport the Payment Solutions area in creating and maintaining reporting for HOIPremiumDirect and overall payments team.Deliver consistent, actionable information and insights driving consistency, standardization, automation and reusability of data model solutions, reports and analytical products.Primary Job Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the support and maintenance of Data Models and Power BI Reports for HOIPremiumDirect.Responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy of data between the Power BI Datasets and Data Warehouse.Adapt reports, dashboards and data needs to business and/or organizational changesLiaise with business and the IT resources to investigate and resolve production issuesGains working knowledge of related source data systems and tool setsReview and maintain all solution documentation.Work in high paced environment in support of broad range of technical solutions.Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, And KnowledgeBuild reporting and dashboards in Power BIStrong hands-on knowledge of SQL to perform data-analysis and writing ad-hoc queriesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of Excel, MS word, MS PowerPointPreferred Experience, Skills, And KnowledgeSkilled in data modeling within Power BIProficiency in writing code with DAX languaugeExperience in Python for data analysis, visulization, automation and scriptingAdvanced problem-solving skills
