This position will play a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency through process mapping, workflow documentation, and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.The ideal contractor will have a strong background in Continuous Improvement, Lean Practices, and Process Engineering, with proven ability to design and execute RACI matrices and process maps that drive measurable results across cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and productivity enhancement.Conduct Lean assessments and identify waste reduction opportunities.Develop and implement RACI charts, RACI process maps, and related documentation.Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to standardize processes and clarify ownership.Analyze and document current state workflows; propose and support transition to optimized future state.Provide clear recommendations and measurable KPIs to track improvement success.Deliver concise reports and updates to internal leadership on progress and outcomes.QualificationsProven experience as a Process Engineer, Process Consultant, or Operations Consultant.Strong foundation in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) methodologies.Expertise in process mapping, RACI development, and workflow design.Ability to translate complex operations into actionable, data-driven improvement plans.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).Contract DetailsEstimated contract term: 6 months (may conclude sooner based on project completion).Pay rate: $40–$50/hour depending on experienceFlexible work arrangement (remote with potential onsite collaboration).Application InstructionsInterested candidates must apply directly through the official application link provided in this post
