Job Description
Job Title: Remote, Staff Analyst, Business Process ImprovementDuration: 6-12 months with possible extension or possibly conversion Location: Remote Pay rate: $40-$41/hrAnalyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise that typically requires a college degree or equivalent. The job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, in order to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 or more years experience.· Strong business process management expertise, including experience in process architecture, process mapping/modeling, and end-to-end scenario design. · Proven ability to lead global or cross-functional process improvement initiatives, with a track record in operational excellence, transformation, or process governance. · Proficiency in BPM tools and documentation standards, with relevant certifications in process modeling platforms. · Experience driving adoption of process standards and governance, partnering across business functions and influencing at all levels of the organization. · Skilled in training and change management, capable of delivering BPM training and working with OCM teams to embed process discipline. Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and reinforce our shift toward a process-oriented culture.
