We are committed to provide our customers innovative and customized products and are looking for personalities, who continuously raise banking to a new level.Your tasksAnalyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and weak pointsFacilitating mapping workshops and process redesign sessions with relevant stakeholdersDeveloping process documentation and business process workflows using a BPM toolCollaborating with process owners to improve of existing processes and plan new onesInvestigating opportunities and implementing process improvementsMonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process changesSupporting implementation of new technologies or tools to automate and streamline processesMaintaining internal bank regulations and documentsWhat you bring to the tableA bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field3+ years of experience in process management, RPA, business analysis, or related roles. Experience in the banking sector is an advantageProficiency in process management tools and software (e.g., Adonis, Aris, Visio).Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPMN). Strong analytical skills with experience in mapping and redesigning processesStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.Experience with change management and driving the adoption of new processes.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Fluency in English, German and Turkish is an advantageMinimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met EUR 2.890,27 /month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
