Job Description

In line with our bank’s strategic objectives, we are looking for a teammate who will guide the team and stakeholders in the analysis, improvement, transformation, and digitalization of business processes, focusing on customer experience. This includes process mapping, current and target state analysis, and expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications.This position will play a key role in our bank’s customer-centric transformation journey, actively contributing to increased operational efficiency and process optimization.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes across the bank end-to-end, identify areas for improvement and transformation, and design enhanced processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Establish regular process performance structures, identify risks and inefficiencies, and provide solution proposals.Take an active role as a stakeholder in new product and service development to ensure seamless process design.Define and report process performance metrics (KPIs) and communicate results with relevant stakeholders.Create, update, and standardize process maps aligned with regulations and corporate standards.Identify automation needs and opportunities for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and implement related solutions.Coordinate with business units closely on process improvement and development projects.Ensure compliance of processes with regulations and internal control standards, and follow up on related actions.Contribute to the spread of continuous improvement culture across the organization.Lead and guide the team within the defined responsibilities, monitor applications, and provide leadership in execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Mathematics Engineering, or equivalent fields.Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking or financial services in process management, business development, or process improvement.Hands-on experience and knowledge of process modeling tools (ARIS, Visio, etc.).Experience in RPA technologies (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and process design.Strong experience in KPI design, performance monitoring, and reporting of business processes.Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Good command of English.https://www.alternatifbank.com.tr/insan-kaynaklari/calisan-adayi-aydinlatma-metni
