Process Project Engineer

We work in the Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals, and Information Technology sectors.As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.As a Process Project Engineer, In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, implementation, and optimization of complex processes within the Pharma and Chemical industries.Your tasks will include:Feasibility studies, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipmentProcess design : Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date P&IDs, PFDs and URS to ensure efficient and safe operations.Equipment Sizing: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to determine the optimal size and capacity of process equipment.Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.Change Management: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, including supplier changes, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Your profile : Engineering's degree in Pharma/Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in process engineering within the Pharma or Chemical industryStrong understanding of process design principles, equipment sizing, and P&ID developmentProven project management skills, including task allocation, progress tracking, and risk managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus)Fluent in English and German
