Process Shift Engineer

We are building a culture that recognizes and appreciates diversity of everyone, regardless of their language, race, religion, national or social origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, and age, and that promotes equal opportunity under any circumstances.We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, and self-motivated Process Shift Engineer for our mine site in Develi, Kayseri.All applicants will be considered within our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Records production results from process operation by compiling and analyzing production data to prepare trends/graphs,Entering required data/parameters into the database program on time,Prepares “technical reports or presentations asked by management” such as “metallurgical test report or weekly management meeting presentation”,Assists to Metallurgy Team in terms of annual production planning,Takes an active role in continuous improvement projects related to process operations,Assists to supervisors/metallurgist in terms of implementation and maintaining of technical standards and procedures,Provides input in terms of improvement projects,Analyzes and benchmarks of key production parameters and cost components such as reagents and consumables, re-mining, etc.,Archives all documents of Process Department related to Metallurgical accounting,Completes department related work asked by his/her supervisor or Manager,As a member of the environmental management system representation team, execute related activities,To manage the operations during shifts in the most efficient way in line with daily, weekly, and monthly production targets,To ensure the development of employees by identifying their training needs and providing theoretical and practical training at regular intervals,Fulfills the Health and Safety responsibilities related to his/her jobs which were defined in the attached Health and Safety Responsibilities Standard Operation Procedure.About YouBachelor’s Degree in Mining/Mineral Processing/Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering, Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role,Able to work in shift system,Good at in English,Good command of MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel-Word-Powerpoınt- Power BI,Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and solution-oriented,Having superior time management skills,Ability to take responsibility and being a good team player,Be an active driver,Residing in Kayseri, Develi district or willing to relocate.If you have the relevant skills to bring success to our team, then we invite you to apply today!
