For billions of people around the globe.We are now looking for a detail-oriented and reliable P2P Payment Processor and T&E Reviewer to join our team. This role position is responsible ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments and employee expense claims in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a commitment to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Process payments in the ERP system according to the payment schedule and terms.Ensure proper approvals and documentation are in place before processing payments.Coordinate with Invoice Processors and business units to resolve payment discrepancies or issues.Monitor payment status and follow up on pending or rejected transactions.Provide monthly vendor payment forecast reports to support cash flow planning.Perform selected P2P ICFW (Internal Control Framework) controls and L1 testing to ensure compliance and control effectiveness.Review employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy.Verify receipts, travel justifications, and appropriate approvals.Communicate with employees to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.Flag and follow-up on non-compliant or suspicious claims.Conduct T&E claim process induction for new employees to ensure understanding of policies and procedures.Act as backup Program Administrator (PA) for corporate card activities (support card issuance, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Also, assist with monitoring card usage and resolving issues with cardholders).Support on internal & external audits.Other tasks as needed or assigned.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or Expense Management.Experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred).Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good understanding of accounting principles, payment processes, and internal controls.Familiarity with corporate travel and expense policies.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Fluent in EnglishCare to join us.
