Procurement and Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities Procurement & SourcingIdentify and onboard new food, snack, and lifestyle product suppliers across Brunei.Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules.Manage supplier relationships and maintain an updated vendor database.Work with Retail Executive (Aqilah) to keep cube categories stocked with trending items. Inventory & Cost ControlTrack stock levels for F&B and hamper items; ensure healthy turnover and minimal wastage.Record all purchase orders, stock receipts, and sales cost breakdowns.Coordinate restock schedules with cube tenants and internal hamper team. Admin & BookkeepingMaintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payment logs.Input monthly revenue and expense data into Google Sheets / accounting system.Assist with petty cash management and supplier payment scheduling.Support with business reports for management and audit readiness. Operational SupportHelp coordinate logistics (deliveries, event setups, restocks).Prepare purchasing documents and internal requisitions.Work closely with the team to ensure store readiness for events and campaigns.QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.1â3 years of experience in procurement, admin, retail, or supply operations.Proficiency in Google Sheets or basic accounting tools.Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay.Compensation & BenefitsPerformance Bonus tied to cost savings and accuracy.Growth opportunity to move into Procurement Manager / Operations Controller role.Creative, close-knit team environment at Dalkom HQ
