Unlock your fullest potential with us!McDonald’s is the largest fast-food chain with over 40,000 employees serving Filipinos all over the Philippines, and we are continuously on the lookout for high-caliber talents to join our growing team!With us, working means an opportunity to grow with our limitless career opportunities, and experience an empowering, inclusive and safe work environment.What you will do: Executes sourcing strategies, from strategic procurement planning, execution, monitoring, and overall management of the systemAccountable for assigned categories in ConstructionManages, negotiates, and creates contracts for assigned category and monitors contract complianceInitiates sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and vendor accreditation of newly developed suppliersGathers and analyzes internal and external data, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiencyCollaborates with the key stakeholders to ensure sustainable support to operations and initiativesEnsures that supply and service contracts have adequate provisions in terms of scope of work, specifications, commercial, and risk mitigationManages resolutions on contract non-compliance and disputesWhat we are looking for:With at least 5 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing with relevant exposure in commercial contracting and negotiationsWith strong background in construction and engineering related procurement Effective communicator and negotiator with strong critical thinking skills, great attention to details, and a team player that works with a continuous improvement mindsetPreferably knowledgeable in SAP – Vendor Management, Procurement ModulesProficient in Excel (functions, pivot, chart, macros)Who you will work with:Be part of a lean but integral and vital team which ensures top-notch safety and quality of service.
