Description Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior management and act as a trusted advisor on procurement matters. Strategic Planning: Analyze business needs and spending patterns to develop effective sourcing strategies. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; negotiate favorable contracts; and manage long-term supplier relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth and compliant procurement operations. Risk & Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance and ensure procurement activities align with company policies and legal standards. Problem-Solving: Apply analytical and decision-making skills to resolve procurement challenges and adapt to changing business priorities.Specifications A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, supply chain management, or finance. Significant experience in sourcing and procurement, typically 5 years or more. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in contract negotiation and managing supplier agreements. Solid understanding of procurement principles and processes.
