A foreign technology company is looking for a Procurement Buyer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of materials, equipment, and services in line with supply chain objectives.Responsibilities: Manage procurement and inventory of high-technology production and non-manufacturing materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain objectives Coordinate material sourcing for new product introduction projects in collaboration with R&D Establish and manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and prices, monitoring performance, and developing commodity plans Manage contract manufacturer or original design manufacturer relationships to ensure inventory optimisation Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, including NPI, resourcing, cost reduction, and quality improvementRequirements: Bachelor's degree or above More than 2 years of working experience in a relevant field Proficient in Japanese and English■ 語学力英語のレベル： ビジネス会話日本語のレベル： ビジネス会話
