This role demands strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills to ensure all procurement activities are conducted efficiently, competitively, and in compliance with Gama’s standards. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with large and reputable construction companies in Saudi Arabia, strong understanding of market pricing and supply chain trends, and proficiency in ERP systems and digital procurement platforms.Key Responsibilities·       Execute and manage procurement processes for materials, equipment, and subcontracted works.·       Review and analyze technical and commercial offers, ensuring compliance with project specifications.·       Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to define procurement needs and priorities.·       Conduct vendor sourcing, evaluation, and prequalification in alignment with company standards.·       Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial and delivery outcomes.·       Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and contract documentation.·       Monitor market prices, trends, and supply chain developments to support procurement decisions.·       Utilize ERP systems and digital platforms for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor management.·       Ensure all procurement activities are conducted transparently and in accordance with Gama’s policies.Qualifications & Requirements·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain).·       10+ years of total experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years as a Procurement Engineer with a large and reputable construction company in Saudi Arabia.·       Proven knowledge of construction procurement processes and contracting mechanisms for materials and subcontracting.·       Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost-control skills.·       Proficient in ERP systems and digital procurement platforms.·       Excellent communication and coordination abilities.·       Strong understanding of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and supply chain conditions in Saudi Arabia.·       Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.·       Fluency in English.Why Join GamaAt Gama, you’ll be part of a company that values operational excellence, professional integrity, and continuous improvement.
