Procurement Engineer (Mechanical)- Emirati Hiring (Fresh graduates)

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer to join our Procurement Services team. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities for EPC projects within the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective, compliant, and timely procurement aligned with company and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for EPC projects.Negotiate and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with technical and quality specifications.Maintain and optimize vendor relationships, focusing on ICV certified and ADNOC-approved vendors.Support project managers and engineers by aligning procurement with project schedules.Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards in procurement activities.Monitor supplier performance, contracts, and delivery schedules.Provide bid analysis and technical clarifications as required.Requirements:Academic: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: Fresh graduates or someone with 1 to 2 years of experience within the UAE oil & gas sector.Strong negotiation, supplier management, and technical evaluation skills.Knowledge of layouts, P&IDs, plot plans, and isometric drawings.High integrity, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
