The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, focusing on IT hardware purchases, vendor management, and cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement process for IT hardware and related products. Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time. Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new vendors. Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of materials and handle any discrepancies or delays. Track and maintain procurement records, including pricing and vendor performance. Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements and budgets. Continuously identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process. Required Skills and Competencies:Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the IT hardware domain. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in handling purchase orders, vendor management, and pricing analysis. Attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
