This role is crucial in maintaining exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within our retail environment.Qualifications And SkillsA minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on retail operations is essential.Experience in managing daily store operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Proficiency in sales techniques to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.Strong store management skills to oversee and enhance the overall store performance.Understanding of inventory management processes to maintain stock levels and order accuracy.Experience with inbound and outbound logistics to manage deliveries and shipments efficiently.Ability to lead a team effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and develop customer relations.Expertise in store operations (Mandatory skill) to ensure the effective running of the entire store ecosystem.Roles And ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily operations within the store to ensure optimal performance and service quality.Lead and inspire store staff, facilitating training and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.Monitor inventory levels, coordinate inbound and outbound processes, and execute stock management effectively.Drive sales performance through innovative strategies and by monitoring daily goals.Implement store policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.Analyze store performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.Coordinate with other departments to optimize the supply chain and enhance the customer shopping experience.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels and retention.
