Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Logistics Manager to lead regional sourcing and supplier-management initiatives across all logistics and warehousing categories. This role plays a key part in strengthening logistics procurement strategy and advancing supply-chain transformation across an international network.Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing Leadership - Drive the full sourcing cycle using digital tools and market data to secure optimal commercial outcomes.Contract and Negotiation Management - Lead negotiations, finalise agreements, and ensure best-in-class terms for cost, service, Incoterms compliance, and performance delivery.Supplier Partnerships - Serve as the key contact for logistics partners, including 3PLs, couriers, and warehouse operators, building collaborative relationships that promote service excellence.Performance Governance - Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct regular reviews, and champion continuous-improvement initiatives.Digital Enablement - Support implementation of e-sourcing, transportation-management, and benchmarking systems to enhance transparency and efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders – procurement, logistics, operations, legal, and leadership – to align logistics strategies with organisational goals.Market and Cost Optimization - Apply market intelligence to refine supplier portfolios, reduce total cost of ownership, and strengthen global logistics resilience.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.At least 5 years’ experience in logistics procurement or strategic sourcing.Demonstrated success managing contracts and negotiations for logistics services and having a strong grasp of logistics-market dyanmics across the region.Working knowledge of digital procurement platforms.Background in large, multinational, or matrix organisations.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Self-motivated and commercially astute with a global perspective.Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and adept at building new capabilities.Collaborative and open to feedback, with a continuous-improvement mindset.Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with hands-on execution.Only successful candidates will be notified.EA License no.: 16S8066
