Procurement ManagerLocation: Hybrid | Onsite 4 days per weekOverviewThe Procurement Manager will lead a team of procurement professionals responsible for managing direct or indirect spend categories. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, building supplier partnerships, and driving operational excellence through cost management, innovation, and collaboration.The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment. This position plays a key role in supporting organizational growth by aligning procurement strategies with business goals while fostering a culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory & Sourcing Leadership: Lead sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship activities across assigned spend areas to ensure supply reliability, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to develop and implement category strategies that leverage market insights, spend data, and supplier performance to optimize cost and service outcomes.Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of buyers and senior buyers. Provide clear direction, build capability, and foster an inclusive, performance-driven team culture.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across departments to align procurement plans with organizational priorities.
