Novis is a fast-growing Australian wholesaler/distributor of Healthcare Equipment with over 1,000 products provided to Hospitals, Aged Care, Community and Dealers. This role is a senior position within their Procurement Team which supports customers across Australia. This is a key role in managing purchasing and inventory functions and focuses on forecasting and planning customer demand for products, and to support effective and economical business goals and objectives. There is definitely opportunity for growth and promotion. We are seeking someone who is keen to work in a team environment and has over 3 years’ experience in procurement.Some of your duties:- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining supply and demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels across multiple product lines. Analysing supply chain data (supplier lead times, customer demand patterns, inventory turnover) and preparing detailed reports to support decision-making. Coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to plan production schedules, order replenishments, and ensure timely delivery of products to global markets. Managing the supply planning cycle, including monitoring open purchase orders, incoming shipments, and inventory performance against forecasts. Identifying risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize stock-outs. Preparing regular KPI dashboards and reports on supply chain performance for senior management. Using ERP and planning systems (SAP and related tools) to support accurate demand planning, stock reconciliation, and supply performance tracking. Maintain and actively manage master data in the inventory database to ensure consistency and accuracy across all items. Managing a team of two Procurement Coordinators, including workload planning, coaching, and performance feedback.
