Job Description

The Purchase Head will lead and manage end-to-end procurement for BPTP’s Clubs and Sales Galleries. The role requires strong expertise in SAP HANA, vendor management, cost optimization, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience from hospitality or premium F&B environments, ensuring quality sourcing, compliance, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Planning & ExecutionLead procurement operations for Clubs & Sales Galleries, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs and budgets.Manage purchase cycles including PR/PO processing, negotiations, order finalization, and delivery tracking.Vendor ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors across F&B, club operations, services, consumables, and equipment.Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality standards, timely supplies, and competitive pricing.Drive periodic vendor performance reviews and contract renewals.SAP HANA & Systems ManagementUtilize SAP HANA for procurement planning, purchase tracking, inventory management, and reporting.Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and smooth integration with finance and operations.Compliance, Controls & AuditEnsure adherence to procurement policies, statutory guidelines, and audit requirements.Maintain complete documentation, agreements, and audit-ready records.Conduct internal compliance checks and support external audits as required.Reporting & MISPrepare and present procurement MIS, cost analyses, savings dashboards, and monthly performance reports.Highlight gaps, risks, and improvement areas proactively.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with operations, club management, F&B teams, admin, finance, and projects to align procurement with operational needs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast requirements and ensure seamless execution.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of SAP HANA procurement modules.Expertise in hospitality procurement (clubs, hotels, premium F&B).Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor development skills.Understanding of compliance, contracts, and audit procedures.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capability.Ability to manage multiple categories and high-volume operational procurement.Detail-oriented with strong reporting & MIS capabilities.Educational QualificationGraduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).Share your resume at Kanika.bhambri@bptp.com
