About the CompanyWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Sourcing Manager with deep expertise in marketing resource procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for our dynamic organisation. This role will focus on driving cost efficiencies, fostering supplier innovation, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, including events, IP collaborations, talent partnerships, and media investments.About the RoleThis role will focus on driving cost efficiencies, fostering supplier innovation, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, including events, IP collaborations, talent partnerships, and media investments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for marketing resources, including events, IP/cross-industry partnerships, celebrity/KOL engagements, and media buys.Optimize supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with brand and budgetary objectives.Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for marketing-specific categories, from market analysis and RFx processes to supplier onboarding and performance evaluation.Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., digital media evolution, influencer marketing) to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.Partner closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Creative teams to align procurement activities with campaign timelines and business goals.Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on supplier capabilities, cost benchmarks, and risk management.Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, leveraging volume discounts and innovative sourcing models.Implement best practices to streamline procurement workflows and enhance compliance.Lead supplier evaluations, audits, and contract negotiations to ensure ethical practices, sustainability, and value delivery. QualificationsExperience: Minimum 10 years in procurement/sourcing, with at least 5 years in strategic procurement roles.3+ years specialised in marketing resource procurement (events, IP/collaborations, talent/KOLs, media).Proven track record in managing high-value, complex marketing campaigns.
