We are building secure, reliable, and sustainable warehouse for a digital future of our universe.Job SummaryBDC is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to be based in our Chonburi Data Centre. The role will support developing and implementing cost-effective procurement strategies to ensure stable data centre operations, reliable supply, and adherence to customer SLAs. This includes supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, risk management, cost analysis, and contract negotiation to optimize value and minimize operational risks.Responsibilities:Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of goods and services in data centre operations, to ensure the stable running of data centre and the SLA with customers.Develop and implement procurement strategies for category management to achieve stable supply and cost saving target for the business.Conduct market research and assessments for supply resources. Building up strategy to identify and develop effective and reliable suppliers/vendors.Implement regular supplier performance review to ensure the effectiveness of the deliverables of suppliers.Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for cost optimization.Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.Contract negotiation to ensure compliance and favorable conditions.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or higher education in business, supply chain management, or in engineering field.At least 3-5 years of working experience in strategic procurement / supplier development and management.Knowledge of data centre operations and a keen understanding of local market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation skills, capable of building an effective relationship with stakeholders and suppliers.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven mindset.Commitment to integrity, ethical behavior and compliance.Fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin will be a plus.If you’re ready to be part of a global data centre organization that values growth, innovation, and equal opportunities, this could be the next step in your career.
