Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise the procurement buyer to meet performance goals and KPIs.Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and priorities thru attending meetingMaintain accurate procurement records and reports.Coach and mentor buyer to build capability and engagement.Oversee sourcing activities and ensure competitive bidding processes are followed.Monitor and manage procurement-related risks, such as delays, shortages, and non-compliance.Continuously assess procurement processes and recommend improvements.Act as the key contact for procurement-related queries or concerns.Education & ExperienceA bachelor’s degree in Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.SkillsLeadership and Team ManagementProcurement and Supply Chain KnowledgeERP / Procurement Systems Proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strategic PlanningStrong Communication and Coordination SkillsDecision-Making AbilityContract ManagementBusiness Ethics and IntegrityWorking ConditionsThis role is 100% onsite
