Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and/or review contract and agreement drafts with suppliersConduct direct negotiations with key suppliers for primary raw materials used by the companyLead negotiations with national forwarders for logistics and import purposesEnsure timely procurement of RM/PM and MRO materials according to each department’s needs and planningVerify that purchased goods meet required quality standards and competitive pricing benchmarksMonitor and update regulations from relevant authorities related to the importation of raw materialsTrack and analyze market prices of raw material commoditiesEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standard operating proceduresSupervise and ensure import processes run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.Provide effective solutions and alternatives for procurement-related issues with both internal and external stakeholdersReview and assess supplier contracts or agreements to ensure fairness and compliance.Conduct periodic assessments of vendor performance and reliabilityProvide recommendations for alternative materials (RM/PM) or vendors to improve efficiency and qualityLead and/or participate in process improvement projects within the department and across divisionsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment) at a managerial levelStrong negotiation and communication skillsGood understanding of import regulations and supplier managementAnalytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentLanguage: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
