Procurement Manager – Luxury Interior Design (FF&E) Location: Soho, London (projects across UK & Caribbean) Salary: Competitive, depending on experienceA high-end interior design studio based in Soho is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of FF&E procurement across a portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects in the UK and Caribbean.The appointed Procurement Manager will work on prestigious UK and international luxury interior design projects work, closely with the interior design and accounts teams to manage the full purchasing lifecycle – from sourcing of bespoke high end furniture and custom items, to quoting through to delivery, installation and final invoice reconciliation.Procurement Manager Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end FF&E procurement for UK and international interior design projectsLiaise with designers to confirm specifications, finishes and quantities for furniture, lighting and custom piecesRaise and manage a high volume of purchase orders (often 150+ per large project)Cross-check invoices against Fohlio (or similar costing system), update costs and consolidate for accountsTrack project spend via project costing spreadsheets, ensuring accurate visibility of budgets and cash flowCoordinate production, shipping and delivery logistics to multiple destinations (UK and Caribbean)Work closely with suppliers, shipping agents and on-site teams to secure smooth delivery and installationProactively resolve delays, discrepancies and delivery issuesMaintain and develop the studio’s sample library, keeping materials organised and up to dateManage and grow supplier relationships; negotiate terms, pricing and lead timesSource and vet new suppliers to strengthen the supply chainPrepare supplier and product presentations in Adobe InDesignProvide general studio support, including occasional phone cover and greeting visitorsProcurement Manager Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer / FF&E BuyerBackground in interior design, architecture, luxury goods or high-end hospitalityStrong knowledge of FF&E procurement, custom item sourcing and supplier managementConfident working with costing tools such as Fohlio (or similar procurement/costing systems)Proficient with Adobe InDesign for creating presentations and supplier documentsExcellent organisational skills – comfortable managing large volumes of orders and invoicesStrong negotiation and relationship-management skillsHigh level of numerical accuracy and attention to detailProactive, solutions-focused approach and comfortable supporting wider studio operationsWhy Apply?Work on prestigious UK and international luxury interior design projectsJoin a creative, collaborative studio based in the heart of Soho, LondonOpportunity to shape and improve procurement processes and supplier strategyHybrid working options during office relocationCompetitive salary and the chance to grow with a high-end design businessIf you have FF&E procurement experience within interior design, architecture or luxury sectors and want to work on beautifully designed, international projects, we would like to hear from you.
